"Nathaniel?" Jay asked, making Ryan glance to his right.
He was driving while Jay was the one designated to go down and pick his nephew up from inside the school. Jay and the battalion of bodyguards Nathaniel made sure to send with anyone fetching his son.
This was on top of the group that guarded the school at all times in three shifts. On top of other security measures, his alma matter had agreed to be put into place when they heard the heir to the De La Rue family was going to enroll.
Initially, he felt what Nathaniel was doing to protect Gabriel was over the top, but after that attempt on his sister, he realized that Gabriel was the most vulnerable as well as the quickest way to hurt the couple.
"Yeah," Ryan said with a grin on his lips.
"Daddy called and you didn't let me talk to him?" Gabriel grumbled from the back seat where he was sandwiched between two bodyguards that never left his side, aside from when he was in class or at him.
