"He likes her, doesn't he?" Maya said as a smirk played on her lips.
"He does," Nathaniel chuckled as he placed a kiss on the tips of her fingers as if to savor every inch of her skin.
"And you're fine with that?" she asked, completely perplexed at how this discovery didn't bother her boyfriend at all.
"Nope," he said, shaking his head. "Should I not be?"
"I don't know," Maya shrugged. "Even here in Arlington we've heard of Maximillian Astor's, errrr… escapades."
To Maya's surprise, Nathaniel laughed and shook his head. It seemed that those rumors didn't bother the normally overprotective CEO.
"There is no one else in this world that I would trust my sister's heart more than Maximillian Astor," Nathaniel genuinely declared as he kept Maya's hand in his.
"So the rumors?" she dared to ask.
"All but rumors," he chuckled. "You know how it works, they see him with a woman, they assume they are dating."
