Time had really gone by fast and Anna was already 8 months pregnant. Things weren't going as awful as she expected. She was still able to secure a spot at Harvard University so that when she had given birth, she would begin her studies immediately. This time the scholarship deal was over but Jones offered to sponsor her education. He had been the sweetest throughout her pregnancy, always there when she needed him and she was really grateful that he was still willing to be with the despite the fact that the children in her tummy wasn't his. He had become a part of her family and everyone liked him....well except her mother. She was still so agitated as to why her mother didn't like him despite him being there for them. She forgot about that because all she was looking forward to was her baby shower and it was being hosted in one of the halls at Belvery hotel. Anna woke up by the sound of her mother's voice. "Annabelle!, you're still sleeping, it is 9'o clock and you have a baby shower to go to.... stand up right this minute and get dressed". Anna wore a white turtleneck gown and a diamond necklace that Jones got for her. She tied her hair in a sleek ponytail and wore a purple head band. She finished it off with a pair of white sneakers and a purple bag. "Mamma, how do I look" Annabelle said smiling almost the point that her cheeks hurt. "You look beautiful darling.. as always" Ryan said smiling "How are my nieces or nephews doing" Tyler came in with that oh so annoying vibe of his as he continuously kissed her tummy and spoke to it as if he was having a conversation with the babies "Tyler, you can stop now" Anna said "I was trying to have a conversation" he said standing up straight "Whatever...Nancy?" She asked. "she is making sure everything is ready so she is at the Hotel. We have to go now so we don't end up being late" With that, they left the house and arrived at Belvery hotel. "Baby you look stunning" Jones said hugging Anna and giving her a peck on her lips "Not as stunning as you" Anna said as they both chuckled, he then kissed her stomach and the got prepared for the actual event. Considering the fact that she didn't have too many friends, it was mostly her colleagues that came for it and some on Jones business partners. Jones never talked to Anna about his family and she didn't try to push it because she wanted him to say it by himself, He will up open up to me soon. Anna thought. The party was going as planned. The time to announce the genders was already here. The gender reveal was in form of cupcakes, so that everyone would be able to chip in. Then every one held their cakes and the count down began from 10. ".....9..8..7..6..5..4..3..2..1" Everyone took a bite from their cakes "YES....I knew they were going to be boys" Trey screamed when he saw the blue filling in the middle of the cake. Then Nancy pinched him "Did you have to scream like that...look mine has a pink filling" Every one was confused as to why they had different colours. It was either blue or pink. Then out of no where Vanessa, Annabelle's colleague pulled a white wrapper that was covering a portrait no one noticed until now and it spelt 'It is a boy and a girl!' Reading that, everyone screamed with joy and were congratulating Annabelle of course Jones too. Then everyone came to a halt when Jones stood on one knee had stretched out with a small blue box holding a ring. Annabelle was shocked to death she didn't expect it at all. At least not that soon, they only dated for 3 and half months. "Annabelle Woods, the first day I met you, I just knew that you were mine and I was yours, your jokes, your smile...just everything about you always made me feel better, even when I was not in my best moods, you always found a way to make me smile, I want you to be my wife and the mother of our future kids and even if you are pregnant now, I would like to have the honors of taking these children as my own. Annabelle...will you marry me?" Yep, he popped the question. Annabelle could not help but cry as she said a subtle Yes and stretched her left hand out as he put the ring in her finger. He stood up and kissed her like there was no tomorrow "Awwnnnnn" Everyone screamed..... except two people. First Ryan and second Drey....yes he was there, hiding behind the crowd. He knew that if she saw him, she would not be happy at all. He was angry and boiling. He just left. Deep in Ryan's gut, she knew that her daughter was making a mistake, she was okay with Jones when she first met him but later that night of their meeting, she had a very strange dream that she did not understand, all she knew was that she heard her daughter screaming while the so called Jones was laughing. This was no joyful laugh....it was a devilish one. And she constantly tried to tell Anna to keep her distance but she just couldn't listen. All Ryan could do was to pray for her daughter's safety.
The crowd was slowly disappearing as Sarah and Nikki came into sight. "Congratulations Anna, I am really happy for you" Sarah said handing her a gift for the babies "Thank you" Anna smiled "I am sorry...." Sarah started "Its fine...no biggie. We were young" Anna said brushing it off even though deep inside her she was like, 'you better be' "I can explain...Nikki framed me. So everyone thought it was me that sent the video but I wasn't the one, she was being so childish and the reason she gave was the fact that she was lonely and needed someone to talk to. She said she envied our relationship to the extent that she had to break it up to have me all to herself" Sarah said in almost one breath "I am sorry..for being so childish and wicked" Nikki said this time "Its fine....I understand, we were young and I am happy that we are finally able to clear everything out, now we can all be friends" Anna said as she hugged the both of them "Uhmm...how about more than friends?" Sarah said waiting impatiently for the reply "Maybe next time" Anna said to have Sarah's shoulder drop but she smiled again. Anna finally had some alone time with Jones since every one had already left, so they spent their time talking and mostly kissing. They couldn't do anything more because she was heavily pregnant, if not.....
