After my battle with Drakzen was momentarily interrupted when both Melina and Xalathas unleashed an overwhelming amount of energy, I heard Vespera's voice in my head telling me that Agares was coming my way.
Not even three seconds after her warning, I sensed hostility coming from behind me, but I stayed calm, knowing that my back was always covered.
When Agares landed and bolted forward with his claws raised in the air to strike my back, Yoru appeared from my shadow and released a beam of blue light from his mouth filled with moon magic, blasting Agares away.
Drakzen followed it up with an attack of his own, which I deflected with my bo until Vespera arrived, striking Drakzen on the side of his torso and pushing him away.
Agares, stepping away from Yoru's onslaught, stood beside Drakzen with a smirk while Vespera and Yoru regrouped with me.
"A bit rude to interrupt someone else's fight…" I said to Agares.
