The following day after our celebration with the royal family of Kalusia, I woke up in one of the guest rooms in the castle with Melina sleeping right next to me and Yoru lying between us.
I blushed momentarily when I saw the princess sleeping peacefully, accidentally moving a bit harshly and waking her up.
She slowly opened her beautiful eyes and saw me lying next to her with a somewhat embarrassed expression.
"Nngh, five more minutes…" she said, closing her eyes again and hugging Yoru like a pillow.
I silently chuckled, got up from the bed, and got ready to go to our next destination as soon as Melina and Yoru were fully awake.
Thankfully, the battle-maids arrived just a few minutes later and woke them up to have breakfast.
Our next destination was Aridonia's capital and the towns that surrounded it, as it was the closest to Kalusia, and I wanted to see how it was doing since the last time I visited.
