Abigail read through the rage in Adrian's eyes. She weighed his words and agreed with him that Greg's act was selfish. This sparked a ray of hope in her heart.
"What about Alex's late mum and grandmother? I somehow feel guilty for their death too."
"You don't have to." Adrian pressed his lips on Abigail's forehead. "Greg is the one responsible for his wife and mother's death. He's the one responsible for ruining his family because of his covetousness. He is the one responsible for all the turmoil you have passed through in the past. He is the one also responsible for almost ruining you a second time with your brother. All these are crimes that deserve retribution. But choosing suicide as an escape is by far the cruelest thing he has ever done to you and his family."
