"Hmmm..." Adrian let out a sigh as he came behind Abigail and wrapped his arms around her from behind.
"Abby, you have nothing to worry about. I love you so much and I'm ready to profess my love to you to the whole world if you are willing to be mine. My parents and grandparents do not have a say in how I choose to live my life. I can only choose to apply their advice if it works in my favour. What matters most is you and what you want. I'm not trying to sound pushy but do you want me?"
Abigail's tensed body slowly relaxed in Adrian's arms. She turned around to face him and nodded her head.
"Yes...I want you...I love you. But I don't want to hurt Alex. I want to make him happy too. He has been so good to me."
Abigail's confession brought a cosmic smile to Adrian's face.
"Let's live in the moment. Don't worry about tomorrow. It will take care of itself."
