A few hours earlier...
On board his helicopter and flying out of Kenjoviz city, Alex watched helplessly as one of his very good friends and doctor battled to save Stella's life.
Coupled with the alcohol injected into Stella's bloodstream, some of the cocaine that was fed into her nose somehow found its way into her system.
Fortunately for Stella and Alex's timely intervention, only a small quantity of the cocaine got into her body. But unfortunately for her, she was allergic to even the tiniest bit of cocaine.
When she was first revived by the doctor, before they boarded the helicopter, Stella was screaming widely like an insane lady. She even attempted to stab the doctor and Alex with some of the doctor's medical tools until Alex arrested her.
Before Stella finally succumbed to the toxic effect of the hard drug and alcohol in her system, she cried for a while repeating the same words over and over again.
