Valerie rolled down the window and faked a polite smile.
"I'm Miss Valerie Felan and I'm here to see Mr Adrian Dawson," Valerie said with so much pride.
"Okay, Miss Valerie. Kindly excuse me briefly while I confirm your appointment." The security man smiled politely and moved away from the car to speak into his phone.
Valerie beamed at the thought of becoming the mistress of this magnificent mansion in a matter of weeks. This was the first time she had ever gotten the privilege to come down to Adrian's home and it was a good sign of great things to come.
'Soon, everyone living in this mansion would be addressing her as madam and the world would recognize her as Mrs Valerie Dawson.'
