"Are you ready to meet my family?" Alex asked as he turned off the car engine.
"Yes! I am." Stella beamed. She inhaled to steady her breathing and waited patiently as Alex alighted from the car and turned around to open her side of the door.
"Milady," Alex stretched out his hand to Stella and helped her out of the car.
"Thank you, kind Sir," Stella curtsied, making Alex chuckle. He gently took her hand in his arms and led her to the entrance of the mansion where some house staff and fashionably dressed ladies were already stationed and waiting to welcome them.
"Do you have siblings?" Stella asked while studying the smiling faces staring at her.
"Yes, those three pretty ladies staring at you and ready to steal you away from me are my overprotective elder sisters. Although we are from different mothers, no one would ever know due to the unbreakable bond we share."
