"Hello," Alex waved at the cab driver who was leaning at the back of his car. He was busy smoking a cigarette while talking to someone over the phone.
The cab driver turned around and stared at Alex in slight panic. He was so busy talking to his girlfriend that he didn't notice when Alex sneaked up on him.
"Can I help you?" The cab driver asked in an alarmed tone. His phone was still glued to his ears and his girlfriend on the other end was asking if something was wrong.
"Relax, I just want to ask a simple question," Alex said in a calm tone even though his shaded eyes were burning with lethal rage.
"Okay, I'm listening." The cab driver whispered to his girlfriend over the phone that everything was fine before ending the call. He dragged one last smoke from his cigarette before trashing it.
