"live well" I say to my bestie Elle. " Mm, you too Lisa, and find love" she whispers the last part to me.
" Are you excited?" My dad asks my mom in the passenger's seat " of course" she says, looking at me and my elder brother Miles.
"I heard Ash falls is a very expensive city" Miles says, scrolling through his phone. " Even better, the rich mostly occupy it so Lisa can marry into a rich house" my mom says, looking at me and I give a small smile.
I'm come from a middle class family who moved from Farmlope, a typical country side with only one school. Now we are moving to the city and it would be a lie to say I'm not excited.
I'm the youngest girl in the district and as such, spoiled by the neighbourhood. I mean, they keep telling me that I will marry a rich person, I'm pretty, guys will be at my feet, etc but, I don't let that get to my head, I'm very smart.
My dad is now a 'billionaire' after finding gold and selling it. I got a scholarship to go to Beehive Academy. Miles is continuing his sophomore year at college and mom is a chef.

" What do you think?" Mom says as she twirls the chair but I still don't open my eyes, cutting bangs is a girl's worse nightmare. I sigh before opening my eyes and OMG, I love it.
My hair was cut short and died ginger colour. I looked so pretty especially with the dimple on the left side of my face.

" Are you ready for school tomorrow?" Miles asks as he sits on my bed "no" I honestly say "show them who is boss" my bro says "mm" I responded before he heads for the door "night... Catch a big fish" he says before closing the door and I smile.

" hey!" A soft voice said to me and I shriek "sorry" the voice voice said "it's okay " I say turning to face the girl who had armpit length chocolate hair and blue eyes. I stare at the girl and she stares back at me.
I look around the hallway which was bustling with crowd, the atmosphere was mostly grumpy with students who didn't want to go back to school.
"OK" I say as I try leaving since it was awkward staring at each other without saying anything "I'm Dora" she says "Lisa" I say curtly "wanna be friends?" She asks "sure" I say.
Normally I'm the quiet type, goody two shoes, little miss priss, whatever you want to call it. But a crazy idea just came to me and that is being an extrovert, yeah, new school, city, life, house, everything.
"Where are you from?" She asks "Farmlope" I answer "can I see your schedule?" She asks, she has such a cute, mice-like voice. I hand the schedule to her "bummer, which don't have many classes together" "mm"
"Hey do you know where the restroom is?" I ask "follow the green line" she says pointing at a green coloured line on the floor slick.
I'm now in one of the stalls and and using the school's WiFi to search on tips on how to be and extrovert. OK I'm satisfied with the results and I'm heading out.
I step out of the restroom and I'm now relying solely upon my bad memory to get me to class, I look at the floor for coloured lines, who am I kidding, why would they have lines for all clas–
Someone bumps into me and I fall, face front with my knees grazing the ground and I wince and turn around. The whole hall turns pin-drop-silent and I look up to see a handsome face staring at me with green eyes like mine.
I hug my left knee while looking at him and wincing, I take sharp breaths waiting for him to help me up or apologize at least.
We made eye contact with neither of us wanting to move our gaze, we were in a staring war with neither of us wanting to back down...
