There were those who joined the Fairy Sect and were brainwashed, and those who lived in the Mountain Forests, subsisting on raw flesh and blood. If only there were elders to guide them, even if they couldn't prove to be Dragon Turtles, what harm would there be in becoming dependents of Dragon Turtles?
