The painter, clad in splatters of ink, had a sloppy appearance, yet his demeanor carried the charm of an artist, inspiring complete trust at first glance.
He cocked his head, studying Su He and Baiyin for a long while then suddenly looked at Su He with a smile, "This lord must rarely accompany his lady outside, eh?"
Caught off guard, Su He wanted to correct the painter's misunderstanding but ultimately didn't speak, simply nodding instead.
