The morning sun began to break through the horizon, casting long, golden beams of light over the academy's buildings. Roderick stood with Elara and Saligo, ready to give the latter a tour of the place he'd soon be calling home.
"I'm glad you accepted our invitation, Salazar, you are gonna love it here," Roderick said, his voice carrying a hint of excitement. He led them through a series of beautifully designed courtyards, each filled with students practicing magic or studying in small groups.
Saligo glanced at the spells practiced, but ultimately he wasn't as interested in them as he was interested in the concentration of mana getting denser as they walked.
Turning a corner, they entered a large, open courtyard. The centerpiece of the courtyard was a majestic structure, the Mana Fountain. At the sight of it, Saligo's eyes widened in awe, and he stepped forward to take a closer look.
