"What was that?" Hera asked.
"What?" I answered, confused and slightly baffled by his sudden and strange questioning. I stopped stroking his fur and waited for him to change to human form to speak to me.
"What you did over the cross line."
"I don't know. I thought I felt like leaping mainly out of excitement, but I did it all the same. And I beat you as well," I said, grinning happily.
"But Nessy, that leaping in the air stuff is not normally done, especially at the height you went. For a minute, I thought you would become a flying Gulon. You went amazingly high. Higher than a normal Gulon's jump," Hera explained as he watched me keenly, waiting for my reaction.
"I did what I thought was good, but it turns out it's freakish. I guess the leaping and the height come from that part of me. I can fly like a vampire; you remember that, right?" I asked.
