He woke up with the voice of his Butler Michael.
"Milord, please wake up. It is Dinner time."
"What? Is it already dinner time? I must have slept for quite a while!"
"Yes, Milord. You should go first. Everyone is waiting for you at the dining hall."
"Alright. Go ahead first. I will follow."
"Alright, Milord."
Michael left Otto alone in his room.
'I have wasted some of my time today because of oversleeping. I need to think about the inventions I will introduce. I should also go for now.'
Then he left the room and headed straight to the dining hall, where he enjoyed dinner with his family. As the dinner came to an end, he gracefully excused himself and went to his room. Eventually, he arrived at his personal desk, settling down and allowing his mind to wander, considering the inventions he would soon delve into discussing later.
Slowly Some Time passed.

Suddenly, he heard his mother's voice from outside the door,
"My son, can you open the door for a moment? I need to talk with you."
He wondered what his mother wanted to talk to him about as he made his way to the door and opened it. His mother Therese then began to speak,
"Let's go to your room. I want to talk to you there. Is it okay?"
"No problem. Come inside, Mother."
As they entered the room, Therese reached out and gently took Otto's hand, leading him towards the bed. With a tender smile, she let him to sit beside her. Therese asked,
"Did you visit your father's office?"
Curiosity gleamed in her eyes as she awaited Otto's response.
"If you did, could you tell me what the two of you discussed there?"
Otto's mind was filled with conflicting thoughts about whether to disclose the truth to Therese or not. After careful consideration, he resolved to be honest, knowing that she would eventually find out the truth anyway. Thus, he proceeded to share everything that he had discussed with his father during their evening conversation.
Upon hearing the revelations, Therese absorbed the information and then posed a question to Otto. "I understand. However, do you require extra funds? I possess sufficient money that you can utilize. Feel free to take money from me if the need arises."
Otto reassured her, saying,
"I don't currently require more money. If the need ever arises, I will not hesitate to ask you."
The notion crossed his mind,
'It would be better if I never have to request such a thing from you.'
"Alright, but whenever you venture outside, it's crucial to have guards accompany you. I would never permit you to go out without their protection. Is that clear to you?"
Therese emphasized, ensuring that Otto understood the importance of having guards by his side whenever he left the premises. Otto assured her that he would allow guards to accompany him.
"Alright, that's better. I want you to know that I don't care about any financial losses. Money can be regained, but once a life is lost, it's gone forever. I sincerely hope you'll always remember that"
Therese expressed, emphasizing the significance of prioritizing life over monetary concerns. Her words were reflecting her priorities and values. As she pondered her son's early interest in wealth, she couldn't help but wonder what he would choose to pursue in the future. Whatever it is he would always get her support until her life ended.
He then promised her with absolute confidence,
"Alright, Mother. Don't worry. I will be fine. Just take care of yourself."
Therese's voice brimmed with joy as she spoke,
"Oh, my dear son, how sweet it is to see your concern for me. It fills my heart with happiness."
She smiled warmly at Otto before continuing,
"But now it's time for you to rest. Don't worry, I'll keep a watchful eye over you until you fall asleep."
Otto expressed his reluctance, saying,
"Is it truly necessary? I can sleep on my own."
However, Therese disregarded his protest, maintaining her firm stance. Otto eventually yielded, succumbing to drowsiness as he listened to her soothing melody, eventually drifting off to sleep.
As the night wore on, a sense of tranquillity enveloped the room, illuminated by the gentle, dim light of the moon. Therese, noticing that Otto had succumbed to sleep, softly whispered to herself.
"It's time for me to retire to my own room,"
she contemplated by casting a tender smile at her slumbering son, she silently wished him a peaceful night, hoping he would rest uninterrupted. With this deepest wish lingering in her thoughts, she quietly exited the room, leaving Otto to his rest.
