Penelope Askary turned her head and chuckled. She was taking a walk around the mansion to enjoy the breeze and clear her head. If Penelope was kept at home, the woman was afraid that she would be stressed. She also couldn't meet her father and Ethan because she didn't know how to react after last night's incident in front of the mansion.
"It's okay, Emma. A wind like this won't hurt me and my child," Penelope said. The woman grabbed Emma by the wrist and led Emma to one of the big trees in the backyard. Then, Penelope sat down on the grass leaning against a large tree trunk while Emma remained standing. "Why are you just standing there? Come, sit here with me. This is my playground when I was little. I always climbed trees and hid in the trees because I was a shy kid. Then, Brother Ethan will sit here and read a book."
