As Luke looked at him in surprise, Shadow shrugged, "Well, I don't know how correct these words are since I only overheard one of the instructors when he was preaching the leader candidates."
"Oh, that makes sense." Luke nodded in realization, which irked Shadow.
"Why did that make sense to you? Do you think I'm too stupid to come up with it on my own?"
Luke nodded, making Shadow's lips twitch. Then, the duo started laughing.
"I didn't know you could make jokes, man. You always seemed too serious." Shadow commented,
"What do you mean? I wasn't joking." Luke said with a straightforward face, causing Shadow's face to darken.
"Alright. I was joking." Luke chuckled before turning serious, "By the way, I have been meaning to ask you, your people should also understand the Rulers' capabilities, right? How confident are they of winning against them?"
