Archer and Pamela spoke late into the night until she looked at him with a smile, ''I'm going to settle down, Arch. I would be happy if you stayed here for the night; I'll have a room made up for you.''
Once the mature woman finished speaking, she took out her phone to send a text, which confused Archer. A few minutes passed before a maid entered the room, causing Pamela to speak, ''Get a room made up for my savior, Maria. Make sure it's a comfortable bed.''
Following that, Pamela approached Archer while he stood up and hugged him before glancing into his eyes, ''Thank you for saving me. I'm truly grateful and owe you a great debt I couldn't return.''
Archer chuckled, his voice light as he admitted, "Honestly, I did it to get into your good graces and to see Lex smile again. I hated seeing her so grief-stricken."
Pamela giggled in response, her tone playful. ''You're way past good graces. You could ask me to drop my panties, and I would.''
