Eone held his kukri with both hands crossed as it started to glow red and then yellow from the heat. The sharp edges of the blade were covered with dark magic, making them appear black.
Just 100 metres ahead of him was a forty five goblin army, each 5 feet tall with a wood club in their hand, marching towards him with the intention to kill.
"ALL ENHANCEMENT ACTIVATE"
With those words, his boots blink twice, and a notification follows on his screen.

Followed by his leather chest armour and necklace, which blinked twice.

The goblin forces have closed the gap to 60 metres by now.

The thin gown on his back was slowly covered by a black aura, making it appear like a cloak made of shadows.
The goblin forces closed the distance to 40 metres.
Eone bent his knee to take a running stance before a small breath escaped his lips.
"Hooh.."
when the goblin forces were 20 metres ahead of him.
"Bang!!"
A crack formed on the dry yellow ground, and Eone disappeared from the position in which he was standing.
"Slashhh!"
The sound of cutting metal reverberated as Eone appeared 40 metres ahead of where he was standing a second ago. As Eone appeared in the middle of goblin forces, five goblin bodies fell to the ground with their bodies or limbs chopped in half.

"Schreeekkkk!"
The goblin chief sitting on a hog screamed, pointing its spear towards the enemy who killed its comrades.
Eone didn't stay in his position and quickly ran towards the chief in centre. As he was moving towards his target, a goblin jumped from his side, trying to hit him with a club.
"Slashhh!"

A sound of slashing again reverberated in the air. Eone bent his body a little while running, and while he horizontally swung his kukri, he cut the goblin's arms off its body. Although the goblin didn't die from it, the black fire burning in its hand soon covered his whole body before the goblin evaporated into black smoke.

While Eone was focused on the goblin he just cut, a club hit his back, making him slide to the ground.

"Damnit!" Eone said while he swung his weapon to block the vertical attack from the wood club while using his free hand to cut the goblin in half from its stomach.

Aaraghhh!" Eone let out a small warcry as he disappeared from his position and madly slashed the upcoming goblins one by one, touching each goblin with his golden hot kukri and cutting through it like a hot knife through butter.
"You guys aren't even the main challenge," Eone screamed as he slid while cutting through the ground, and a goblin's legs were cut off from its body.
Eone again ran at full speed towards the goblin chief sitting on a hog.
A few goblins appeared on the way to block its enemy, but Eone just casually dodged their attack, cutting one's head off while stabbing through the heart of the other.
All the goblins on the battlefield ran towards him at once to protect their leader, but Eone's plan was different from the start.
When he was close enough to the goblin chief, he held the kukri in his hand firmly and threw it like a boomerang, directly passing through the goblin chief's neck.
Eone didn't let this opening slide and swung his free hand towards the goblin.
"Firebolt bireage"
"Boom!Boom!Boom..."
Ten to fifteen fireballs left his palm in an instant, blasting off their enemies like cannon shots.

"Gwaaahh!!! Shrikkk!!.."
The goblins hit by fireballs screamed before disappearing into black smoke, while the ones alive were cut off by his kukri.

"Damnitt! I don't have time for you punks!" Eone screamed while cutting his last enemy horizontally into two.

Eone didn't even take a look at the screen, and neither did he pick up his other weapon as he jumped into the blue portal in a rush.

"Firebolttt"
Just as he passed through the portal, he chanted the firebolt skill, and countless fireballs started to rain at the enemy like machine guns.
"Boom! Booom! Crackkk! Bangggg..."
Just as he entered the arena, half of the tribe's houses were already on fire, while the goblin army, with stone spears in their hands, ran in chaos.
"Swishhh"
"Aaaghh" A small screem escaped from Eone's mask as an arrow pierced through his leather armour, digging 2 inches deep in his skin.

Eone gritted his teeth and ran with all his might towards the goblin chief in the centre, only to be interrupted by a goblin in his way.
"Shreeek!"
The goblin screamed as it thrust its spear towards the enemy in front. In response, Eone dodged the spear by a narrow margin and grabbed its handle with his free hand while pulling the spear towards him.
When the goblin was pulled along with the spear, Eone used his kukri to chop its head off.

Eone learned his lesson from the last battle and didn't give the enemy any chance to reorganise itself while he rotated 180 degrees from where he was standing and threw the spear towards the goblin chief.
"Shreeek"
"Aaarrrgghhh"
Two screams sounded in the air as the spear pierced through the goblin chief's heart, and three arrows penetrated Eone's shoulder, thigh, and chest, while two arrows were blocked by his shadow cloak.

Eone quickly ran towards a goblin hut to find shelter against arrows while cutting and blasting through the goblin spearman making his way.

"Dammit!!" One shouted while two more arrows attacked his back.

"Firebolt"
"Boom!Boom!Boom"
Three blasts sounded in the air as an archer tower made of wood fell to the ground.
"Now your turn," Eone said while shooting another barrage of fireballs towards another archer tower.

After all the archer towers were fallen, it was not a big deal for him to slowly kill the enemies before his enhancements ran out of time.

At the end of the battle, Eone was huffing and panting on the ground while blood surged out of his countless wounds. The clear blue dungeon sky was now covered in black smoke, while the goblin tribe had now been burned to ashes.
