"So, Ryker would enter the main tournament. Who else want to join in or do all of you wanted to enter the other tournaments?" the Crown Prince asked.
"Uhm, your excellence, doesn't there need to be 3 people participating in the main tournament from each faction?" one of the subordinates asked.
"No, the maximum number is three. There is no need to send three people into the main tournament. After all, not every price brought the same number of combatants," Lariz replied.
"Hhmm, in that case, how about the weaker one would join in the tournament, just to make sure master Ryker will not be overwhelmed when he receive the attention of the others," another subordinates suggested.
Lariz seem to give it some though before saying, "It sound good but in the end, I want to give you a chance to participate in something you could won, so, if there is no one else aside from Ryker that volunteer, then he would be the only one to be part of the main tournament,"
The others looked at one another, guilt on their face. But in the end, no one volunteer, as they all knew that they would not be able to help with anything and they would just be there to add to the numbers.

"Looks like every prince send three people, except for the Crown Prince! Is he that confident? It sure looks like it, but will the sole fighter from the Crown Prince faction triumphed?" the announcer exclaimed.
"Yes,"
"No doubt about it,"
"The only question is how long would the other last,"
-x-
As Ryker took his spot, he could see the other fighters looked at him in wariness. Smart, considering none of them are at the Spirit Realm, there would be no one that could stop him. The only one that could potentially be a threat would be the Half-Noble experts but even then, it would be more like annoyance than genuine threat.
"Begin!" with the announcer starting the match, every fighters began to make the beeline towards him.
"Looks like the Crown Prince's faction sole fighter is being the target of the day. How would he response being the target," Ryker lightly scoffed as his eyes began to glint dangerously.
"Annoyed, and want some blood, but a beat down would do,"

When the others get close enough, they began to rain down techniques upon the sole fighters. It lasted for 3 minutes, before they stopped.
But before they could celebrate, a shadow rise up behind them before a powerful sword strike sent 2 flying, while the rest managed to avoid it, but barely.
"You all seem capable, but in the end, only 4 are allowed to continue, so I need to eliminate 7 more," he said, before rushing towards one of the Half-Noble expert.
The man hastily formed a barrier, but a single Monkey Chief Punch shattered the defense, sending the man flying and hitting the walls.
Realizing the danger they are in now, the others formed up, doing their best to win this even as the situation looked bleak for them.
"Eliminate him, if not, he would joined the tournament and then it would be the end for us!" one of the combatants yelled before he find himself starting at the butt of a sword, hitting his face and sending him to the realm of unconsciousness.
With 4 down, the remaining 8 get close to one another, not wanting to get separated and hunt down, one by one.
While the remaining 8 is under great terror, the spectators talked amongst themselves.
"Who is that?"
"I am not sure but for someone like him, he should be a famous figure,"
"Really? But I had never seen or heard of him before,"
"True, but he might not be a famous figure here, but somewhere else,"
"Do you think he from the center of the continent?"
"Likely,"
"The Crown Prince must have offered him a lot to get him to join his faction,"
As the crowd shattered among themselves, a man in black and white robe looked at the others beside him, an old man in black and green robe, and an old lady in white and blue robe.
"So, he is the one you are interested in. I can't say I am impressed," the man in black and white robe, the principal of the Birak Spirit College, said.
"Look at his cultivation realm and said that again," the old man in black and green robe, the Branch Leader of Birak Adventure Guild, exclaimed.
"Alright, no need to be pushy," the Principal did as the others asked, and quickly find himself floored by what he found.
"Th-thats impossible!" he voiced in disbelief.
"Yes, a 3rd Stage Genesis Sea expert manage to beat a Half-Noble expert. But what if we told you, he fought an even powerful foes before?" the Principal looked at the Branch Leader in shock.
"An even stronger foes? What, he fought a Noble realm expert and win before?" the man clearly said to be as sarcastic as possible, but when the others looked at him with a smile, it dawned to him.
"That's impossible! Defeating a Half-Noble expert is one thing! But against a Noble expert, that is another!" his booming voice caused some disturbance, though it was silenced by the Branch Leader.
"Asked the King, or better yet, see this. He could defeat only 1st Stage Noble expert and hold his own against 2nd Stage Noble expert, but that is his limit," accepting the image crystal, the Principal looked at it before finding himself awestruck once more.
"So, do you think you should be impressed or not?" hearing the cheeky tone from a man that looked older than him grated his heart, but the Principal is not inflexible, especially for something that could benefit him in the long run.
"What are your plan?" he asked. The President and the Branch Leader have a wide smile before they told the Principal of what they have in mind. By the end of it, the Principal laughed out loud, amusement in his voice.
"So, almost all Sovereign of Birak Kingdom involved in this, aren't they? Sure, I am looking forward to what he would accomplish,"

For the person that was talked about, he was busy stopping several attack with a bored look, before another punch send another person flying.
At the moment 6 people, aside from him, left. The remaining six clearly afraid but most if not all of them are heirs or members of a Noble House, and so, they would not ran away, to not let their action stained their family.
