"Did he past your little test?" the King merely drink his tea, though he clearly heard what his son asked him about.
"You seem worried that he will not pass," the older man said, causing Lariz to narrow his eyes.
"Save the mysterious way to talk for later father," the younger man cut of the King, who merely rolled his eyes playfully.
'Yes, he pass," for some reason, Lariz feel himself almost falling to the ground from mental exhaustion.
"He is kind and loyal, from his tone, and the way he talk, he will state the truth, unless it will hurt the other party, to which he will speak in a more elaborate manner and maybe deflecting the question.
Overall, he is someone I would like to have as an ally, with the only reason for me to be put off by him would be the amount of people in his harem," the King state.
Lariz merely nodded. He is relief his father had approve of him. Which usually meant that asking him for help during the succession war would be allowed.
Sure, his brothers and male cousions will have several supporter that could easily stomp the other man, yet he is still at the 2nd Stage Genesis Sea. If he is capable of becoming a peak Genesis Sea, or even Half-Noble expert, he would be almost unstapabble.
"Is there anything else, father?" Lariz asked, looking at his father with a calm look.
"I like to ask, do you know the reason why the women agreed to share him. I could scarce believe someone as young and have little influence is capable of getting so many women to agree sharing it with him," Lariz almost a spit out his drink, which will make Collete skinned him alive.
Seeing the befuddled face on his brother and son, the older man elaborated, "I like to make sure my daughter and niece did not become his target, one way or another,"
Lariz nodded in understanding before telling the man what he managed to learn. "All of his women were saved by him or spend enough time with him that it become from simple friendship into attraction.
So, if we can keep the two away from him, the chance of them falling in love with him would be near impossible. But we have to make sure they did not meet him some other way," the Grand Duke summarize, to which Lariz nodded as well
While he did not spend all his time with Ryker, he still knew something about the other young man, and how powerful he could be.
"There should be no problem with that. He mostly spend his time either in the Adventure Guild or the Craftsman Alliance, so they would not met or the chance will be low. After all, the two do sometime love to go out and visit the city area," Lariz reminded the two overprotective father, though the term is rather stretched.
After all, if the other party did not have so many women in his harem, or none at all, to be precise, his father would have likely introduce him to his sister. After all, with his potential and strength, having him as part of the royal family would make them more powerful
While that option is now close for them, having him close to the Crown Prince would be make an excellent alternative.
"Father, what did you give him, and uncle and aunt as well?" Lariz asked. After all, he is curious to what the three Sovereign gave to his ally.
"Just something that would help him in his cultivation, from resources to rare precious treasures that would be helpful to someone his level,"
-x-
"So, do you want to know what inside the spatial ring?" Ryker merely raised his brows, hearing Collete asking such question.
"Why do you ask, Miss Collete?" he asked back.
"Just in case you don't know what is inside the spatial ring and don't know how to use them. Besides the regular resource, like pills and Genesis Crystals, there is also some special treasures that will need special method to be use," she explained.
"Sure, If you willing," he replied back.
"Well..."
-x-
"Wow, look like all three of you really keen on him," Lariz said, shaking his head in disbelief. Considering the resource given to him, even if it did not mean much for the three top powerhouse of Birak Kingdom, it still something a Genesis Sea expert could not hope to get their hands on.
"Of course, with his potential, he would like be accepted to Boluron Central University," the King said.
"True, in fact, if he show more promises, he would likely be sent to the university at the Central Region," Lariz agreed.
Boluron Central University is the main university located at the center of Boluron Continent. It is a part of one of the Four Supreme Power, the Acedemy Union. Considering it is the biggest university in the continent itself, it have considerable might, along with having an Earth Source expert as it's dean.
Not to mention, it also used by the Acedemy Union as a place to find a supreme talent. A truly great one would even be offered to go to one of the better universities, even one located at the Central Region of the Human Realm if they show enough potential.
"Having a connection with someone like him would be great. Even if the help may not seem much in the future, he would still remember this kindness," the Grand Duke pipe in.
"Does the dean of the Birak Grand College knew of him?" Lariz asked. After all, only through a respectable members of the Acedemy Union could one be recommended. If not, they have to pass through a series of test conducted by the university.
While both are hard to get, the former would allow the person to skip the test and get accepted right away after a quick showcase of their strength, to make sure the recommendation is valid and is not the result of the one who recommended being bribed.
"The Guilder Leader of Adventure Guild Branch here would be a good way to introduce the two. After all, he should know of someone as capable as Ryker. If not, I could introduce him to the Guild Leader later on,"
-x-
"Atchoo!"
"How did you manage to sneeze, Guild Leader?" the Vice-Leader with ponytail asked. After all, with how powerful the man is, something like a cold unless it was caused by other more powerful beings, should infect the man.
"I am not sure,"
"Maybe someone said something about you," Catherine suggested, before the entire staff inside the office laughed at such absurd notion.
"If so, the old man would have been sneezing all the time,"
-x-
"I should invite him and tell him of the potential rare gem he might miss,"
