"Good, have a seat Lariz," Collete said.
Lariz quickly took the seat next to her, watching as his aunt poured tea into his cup. "So, tell me what happened,"
Lariz then began to tell the tale of what he had to do to capture the traitor. The traitor had been handed out to a nearby squad that is loyal to him and they already arrived at the prison for the more powerful prisoners.
The only reason the man wasn't killed yet is because they could still obtain vital information from him. However, Lariz abstained from telling his aunt of Ryker just yet. He did not want his brothers and male siblings to knew of the prodigy.
However, as always, his aunt possessed the uncanny ability to tell when he was not telling the whole truth.
"You dont tell me everything, don't you," she state.
"Yes, but it is heavily involved with the struggle for power," Lariz explained.
Collete rolled her eyes, "Struggle for power. Isn't it enough that my siblings had to suffer from such thing. I was forced to go into hiding with your father and uncle during that time, as my older siblings fought each other for the throne.
In the end, your father won the throne, but he had to kill some of our siblings for it. And so did your uncle. They did not involve me as I was too young, but I still remember.
I don't want my nephews to follow the footstep of that time, tearing the kingdom apart and killing one another just for power," she bitterly reminiscing her past.
"I will try to make sure it did not go that way, aunt. Even if they decide to cause havoc, I will abstain from killing them, unless my life was in danger. However, imprisonment is a must," Collete sighed hearing her nephews words.
"That's the best I can get, isn't," he nodded, "Good enough I suppose," Collete said. "Then I will not held you back. Your father should have done talking with your siblings and the council. You can go in after they leave,"
One of the reason he stopped at his aunt's place, aside from just talking to her, it is also to scout the throne room. Her aunt possessed an artifact that allow him to contact her brother, something even he, the Crown Prince, did not have.
Considering how close they are, it make sense for them to have such artifact, with the final one being held by the Grand Duke, Lariz's uncle.
"In that case, why don't we talk some more Aunt Collete,"
-x-
"Looks like it took longer than I thought," Collete exclaimed. They spend half an hour talking, passing the time as his father talked to his younger siblings. Thankfully, it is already over.
"In that case, I will take my leave," to his surprise, his aunt was following him.
A brief glance make the older woman told him of her reason, "I just want to hear the things you did not want to tell me," Lariz sighed.
For as old as his aunt is, sometime, she can be so petty.

The two arrived at the throne room, were there is no one except for a single person, sitting on the throne, looking at them with a forever frown.
Lariz walked towards the figure before bowing, "Your Majesty," he exclaimed, "I have reports of the capture of the traitor,"
The King merely nod, "Proceed,"

Lariz repeated the tale he told his aunt earlier. However, this time, there is no censor, meaning he told how much Ryker did during the capture.
The King merely look disinterested, the same looked shared with his younger sister. Yet, when it reached Ryker's parts, the disinterested look were replaced with shock, awe, and fascination. All emotions that the had never seen them make before.
"Are you sure of his strength?" the King asked.
Lariz merely show the projection crystal of Ryker fighting against the raven beast, and winning.
The two nodded after watching his achievement. "To think there is someone capable off fighting Noble expert as a Genesis Sea. There are very few capable of doing so, and it's only because they were at the peak of Genesis Sea or Half-Noble. Not 2nd Stage Genesis Sea," the King exclaimed in surprise.
"True, it make me even more interested with the young man. I would like to see what he is capable off," Lariz had a weird look on his face. His aunt wording sounded like she was interested with Ryker, intimately.
However, he did not want to say something like that, as it would have resulted in him being disciplined by his aunt.
"Where is he?" the King asked.
"He is in a mansion that is under a false name under me. He will be staying there for the rest of his stay," Lariz told them.
"Hhmm, does he have any significant others, like lovers or something similar?" the aunt asked.
Seeing his shocked look, the woman merely said, "I want to see if he can be paired with either Dory or Brulla," she exolained.
"Let's meet him first before deciding if I should give my daughter or niece to him," the King said, stopping Collete train of thought.
"Alright, but at least allow them to meet," she said. Lariz fake coughed, earning the attention of the two.
"If you allow me," he first said, "Ryker already have many lovers, and I don't think he plan on getting more," he continued.
"If that is the case, then he should not be allowed the chance to have my daughter or niece," the King said, making Lariz rolled his eyes at his father antic.
"Huh, what a pity. Then, at least let us meet him. After all, maybe he had an ulterior motive," Collete added.
"Well, he merely told me he planned to travel all over the world for personal reason, so I don't pry. So, I don't think or at least the chance is low for him to have ulterior motive," Lariz told the two, who merely nodded.
"In that case, it still be good for us to meet him. After all, having connection with someone that could surpass us would be good for the Kingdom and us," Collete said.
Lariz and his father tried to persuade the woman but she still insist on it. In the end, Lariz promised he will try to see if he can schedule a date for Ryker to meet his father and aunt.
"The only bad thing is if my uncle want to join in," he grumbled.
