With the silhouette of a boar behind the big man, Ryker became more cautious, as the aura that was let out almost threatened him. With this in mind, he knew he could still win the fight easily if he went all out.
But doing so will just put a target on his back and he can't have that. So, he channeled his qi and used the Engulfing Lightning Body, a technique learned from the tablet containing the full details of Imperious Lightning Scripture.
The technique seemed to complement the Cultivation Art, with how the lightning qi former from the Imperious Lightning Scripture could be used to empower the technique, as the purity of the lightning qi is high.
The big man seemed to be taken aback for a split second before he grunted and charged at Ryker. Despite the man seeming to have increased exponentially, he easily evaded it as lightning is one of the fastest elements there is, allowing him to avoid the fast but rather straightforward attack.
After the failed charge, the man crashed into the ground, rising soon before once again charging at him. Ryker decided to barely avoid the attack, to see if he had any other technique or not.
Sure enough, when he was in range, despite his charge failing to hit him, he was able to punch Ryker, who was forced to defend himself as he couldn't avoid the attack at such close range.
The force of the attack sent flying back, though he was able to stop himself from hitting the wall. Even so, he could feel slight pain from the attack, showing how powerful the punch is and he really shouldn't play around, at least not too much.
Seeing how his attack failed, the man seemed to calm down, the silhouette becoming redder, or so it seemed as if he didn't have a way to describe what happened. As the boar behind the man became even bigger, he changed his stance before punching him.
From the fist, a boar seemed to exit from it, growing larger and larger the further away. The power of the fist seemed enough to even tear through mountains, at least that was what the spectators thought.
Despite the distance, Ryker could feel the power, which is likely enough to obliterate even an 8th Stage Genesis Source expert. With that in mind, Ryker quickly used his qi to create several barriers before adding another touch to it.
"Mountain Shredding Ligthning!" as the technique learned from the Imperious Lightning Scripture's tablet lacked defensive techniques, or he didn't reach high enough comprehension of the Cultivation Art to learn such technique, he had to improvise.
Namely by using a powerful technique and hoping it could weaken the attack enough to not cause any harm in the case the qi barrier fails. In the better scenario, the attack would be weakened to the point the qi barrier could stop it with ease.
In the best-case scenario, the attack would be destroyed with his attack. He watched as the two attacks clashed. The clash seemed to occur for hours but actually, it lasted for just 5 seconds, with the two attacks canceling one another, causing a huge cloud of dust to form from the clash.
Taking the chance, the two charged into the cloud, both finding each other in mere seconds before the two punched at one another, their fist connecting and causing the dust cloud to disperse from the sheer force.
Even the spectators could feel the impact, some of the closer ones even almost blown away if not for the fact there was a defensive formation that mitigated the impact. Still, it caused the audience to be in awe as they watched how the two people showcased their true strength like that.
The two people in question were sent flying back, both able to find purchase on the ground and stop themselves from flying any further. However, even if the two were sent flying, the crowds could see that the big man was the one that was sent flying further.
This caused the big man to become agitated, as what he thought to be a simple victory turned into a difficult clash between the two of them.
"It looks like I have to use this then," the man said before he roared, the boar silhouette flying upward before descending towards him before the two seemed to merge.
The blinding red light that appeared during the merge blinded the crowd, all except for a few covered their eyes so as not to lose their eyesight because of it. Ryker was one of the exceptions, using his qi to filter the light and see what happened, causing him to frown.
The man seemed to grow even bigger, his muscular form becoming even more muscular, veins could be seen popping out from his naked upper torso, his clothes were likely destroyed during the time he performed the technique.
Ryker could see some fur growing on the back of his neck, though whether it was real fur or qi is up to the question. A tusk seemed to emerge from the side of his cheeks, ready to gore his opponent and kill them with ease.
"This technique is called Battle Boar Body! Be honored to be defeated by it!" the man roared before charging at him once more. Yet, Ryker calmly avoided the assault, his speed was still a lot faster than him, even though he could sense he was faster than before.
He had the mind to wait until the man became too exhausted, such a technique clearly consumed tons of qi, but decided against it. He needs to show the unbelievers his true strength or they may doubt his win.
He channeled lightning qi into his fist before meeting the attack of the man, sending the two flying once more. The only difference is the two get back up before engaging each other and repeating the process.
For the weaker audience, they could only see a flash of purple and red colliding, the speed of the two people was beyond their ability to see. Yet, the was a clear sign of who was coming on top, with the big man being sent crashing to the ground during the last exchange.
Realizing he would lose, the man roared some more, ready to do one last all-or-nothing attack.
"King of Boar Fist!" he roared, another punch, this time accompanied by a bigger and more powerful boar, enough to kill a 9th Stage Genesis Source expert.
Seeing the attack, Ryker remained calm before unleashing his own attack, "Lightning Spirit Spear!" he threw a spear of lightning, the lightning clashed with the boar, the shockwave enough to make the formation appear, showing how powerful it was.
However, the spear is clearly the winner, the boar is destroyed by it before the spear keeps on going, hitting the big man and sending him flying to the wall.
