"Dammit! To think a mere country bumpkin dare to humiliate this young master!" the son of Duke Alquim exclaimed, only barely restraining himself from screaming loudly.
"I would have beat him up if he's in at the 6th Stage Genesis Foundation realm. Unfortunately, he's too strong," the young man bites his finger, trying to find a solution. One that his subordinate provided.
"What about we put some of our men to enter the 4th category, where only Stage 8 and 7 experts could enter? If he joins in the competition, then you could have the guards beat him up. Even better if he made it to the finals where the top 8 will fight with each other,"
Hearing his man's proposal made the young master turn gleeful. "Yes, that's a good idea. We should commit to such a plan. Have our strongest men who can join in the tournament join in. He's going to see the consequences of humiliating this young master,"

Ryker has thought about not coming to watch the tournament with what happened to Ina and all. In the end, Ina persuaded him, saying she needed to have some motivation to become strong. Maybe being captured so easily made her want to get stronger faster.
So, even against his judgment, he watched the tournament. The tournament lasted for an entire week, as there were many contestants trying to win a chance to enter the treasure trove of a Sovereign expert.
He had watched every match that he could for the last 6 days too. While paying the utmost attention to the person who decided to make Ina a part of his harem. He was wary that he would attempt something but so far nothing happened yet.
Still, he is not the type to let his guard down so easily. He believed the young master had some kind of plan to get back at him. As for the details, only the young master knew.

"What do you mean he didn't join the tournament?!" the young man screeched, angered by the fact his revenge plan would fail without it even being in motion.
"Unfortunately, he didn't join in the tournament young master. I had some of our man tailing him and he didn't even enter a single field," one of his subordinates reported.
"Tch, he escaped me this time. But mark my words, this young master will have his revenge," he growled, before going back to his room, hoping to release some of the stresses he has.

As Ryker sat with the rest of his family, he couldn't help but feel the week pass too fast. The very next day, he would enter the treasure trove belonging to an Earth Source expert.
But for now, he would watch 4 different battle royals of today, maybe the fighters would surprise him.

"Huh, I have high expectations but honestly, the fight is a bit lackluster," he said. While to the others the fight was impressive, for him, someone who could fight a Genesis Core expert easily, it had been, boring to say the least.
"Well, at least the next fight should be more interesting," he looked at the arena in anticipation. The organizers had sent him the details of the fighters, three being well-known figures, not only in their respective nations but even in the Kingdom.
One of which, is his acquaintance, the son of Duke Alquim, Horo Alquim. The young man was infamous for his womanizing tendency and his skill. He could easily fight people in a minor realm greater than him and could hold his own against two minor realms stronger.
As for another contestant, his name is Guro Adle. He was also the son of a duke, just one with territory bordering with an enemy nation. This led to some skirmishes and the entire duchy being focused on their military. This leads to the young man being rough and crude.
The third contestant is an outlier, being the only female in the trio. She was the daughter of general of one of the stronger duchies, located near the core of the Birak Kingdom. Because of the way she was raised, she is a fighter. Her name is Myon Shul.
Those are the three most likely people to win the tournament. And the only reason he decided to watch the tournament. The other three class has less hype as there are no outstanding or famous participants.
He watched as the 8 participants who made it to the final slowly entered the arena. He watched as the three quickly paid attention to one another, likely knowing of each other fame and being an actual competition.
"Looks like there would be some challenge!" Guro let out a loud laugh, looking at the other two with some interest.
"Hmmph, you have to work hard you big oaf if you want to stand at my level," Horo looked at his opponent in disdain, before looking at the only woman with interest, "Though if the young lady over here want to join my group, I will let you win,"
The only answer he got was a snort before turning her head away, making the young man grit his teeth at the slight. Before he could say anything, the judge already started the fight, "Began!"
At that, the other 5 converge with each other, knowing they would likely not stand a chance if they all set out on their own. They gave each other an understanding look before they all worked together and unleashed a powerful attack on the other 3.
The three couldn't notice the attack in time, making them caught up in the powerful blast. Before the 5 could celebrate their apparent victory, the cloud of dust cleared, showing the unscathed group.
"Let's get rid of the clowns first before we can fight each other," Horo exclaimed, looking at the 5 in annoyance.
The other two nodded, with Guro charging at the front. Before they could make a defense, the son of Duke Alquim sent a gust of wind, breaking their defense easily. This left them vulnerable to the charging enemy, who easily sent most of them flying.
Two of them survived, though they could see they wouldn't stand a chance against the trio. Before they could prepare themselves, the sole women walked towards them. Petals flew all around her before she made a light swing, sending a powerful slash at the duo.
The attack sent them flying, the two making an impressive arc before landing outside the arena. Despite what seemed like a powerful attack the two didn't seem harmed by the attack, showing Miyon didn't use her full strength nor did she try to harm her opponent too badly.
The three then turned to each other, the annoyance already being dealt with.
