In the quiet hospital room, Ren Shiyu watched the person beside his bed cutting fruit for him. As he thought about what he was about to say, he unconsciously squeezed the bedsheet with his fingers.
"Yutong, is it going to rain outside?"
Tang Yutong turned her head to look outside the window. It was gloomy outside, and it did seem like it was going to rain.
She turned back to him and handed him the apple she had just cut. "It looks like it."
If the weather had been good, she would have pushed him outside to bask in the sun, but it seemed impossible now.
Ren Shiyu held the apple but didn't eat it. Tang Yutong looked at the apple she had cut, feeling a little embarrassed. "If you don't like it, you can leave it. I'll cut you another one."
