Griffin couldn't sleep that night. The thought of where his father placed the toxin occupied his mind.
Even with the morning sun basking through his window, his body refused to leave his bed.
"How can they change the bottle unless and until they are aware that someone might come and steal it?" Griffin muttered under his breath.
"Don't tell me they are suspicious about me." Griffin jolted as the sudden realization hit him and dread took over his already anxious mind.
Griffin was yet to get out of how they managed to escape the base before his father's men came after him. But then Luke's words kept replaying in his mind.
"I have to exercise caution around everyone. Right now, I can not trust anyone inside the house." Griffin took a mental note before starting his day.
