Staring at him confusingly, Ariana blinked her eyes a few times. She was about to open her mouth to speak but Veronica cut in
"Of course, we do. How wouldn't I know her" She sounded a little hostile but was quick to mask her intention behind the forced smile.
Ariana was dumbfounded for a moment. She was still processing on how come she ended up stumbling up her.

"Yes, we do know each other" she replied forcing a smile.
Griffin watched Ariana carefully for a few seconds before looking at Veronica. "What brings you here Veronica?"
