"I thought you wouldn't come," Griffin smiled watching Ariana taking the chair next to him. They were currently inside the library and as per the promise Ariana came to tutor Griffin.
After Julianna ditched her at the right time, Ariana felt like taking a U-turn and running away. She even came up with an excuse but everything got ruined when Griffin personally called her reminding her about his wait.
In the end, all her ideas popped like bubbles evaporating in the air and here she was sitting next to him smiling.
"Why wouldn't I? You kept reminding me so many times" Her voice turned into a whisper by the end of the statement as she talked to herself.
Ariana placed her bag to the side and tucked the strand of her hair behind. With her eyes focused on the book placed on the table, she started to flip the pages.
