"Ahem... aren't you busy taking care of Professor Lucian" Julianna's words instantly made Ariana blush.
'Ha... how did I forget' she scolded herself mentally and pursed her lips in embarrassment.
"Tck.. see I got you," Julianna said smiling at her own joke.
She was just teasing Ariana. If she had been with Lucian she would have probably not answered her call, but since she did, Julianna assumed she wasn't with him.
Ariana's lips twitched at her friend's lame way of cracking jokes. But she let it pass because she was partially right.
"Okay now, stop pulling my leg and tell me why you called," Ariana asked changing the topic.
"Huh,"
Jolting at her words Julianna suddenly felt silent. Though she wanted to talk with her but now she contemplated.
When Julianna spoke a word, Ariana continued, "By the way, I wanted to ask you a favor?"
