Giving her a light smile, Drake turned and started walking.
Julianna stood there staring at his retreating back wondering what made Drake the person he was today.
"Are you going to keep standing there?" his voice snapped her out of her thoughts and she immediately followed him.
By the time they reached the guest room neither Julianna nor Drake spoke a word. They just kept walking pondering in deep thoughts.
"If you need anything, just call me. Don't go wandering around the house like a thief" Drake said opening the door for her and stepped back.
Passing the glass to her, he watched her walk past him and enter the room. Julianna was contemplating for a while, but the moment she turned around to close the door, Drake blocked it with his hand.
"What's wrong? Are you finding it difficult to sleep in the new place" he asked sensing the hesitation in her action.
