Julianna just pursed her lips into a thin line falling silent when she heard Ariana speak.
"Does it makes you feel uncomfortable?" she asked as she noticed how quiet she had turned all of a sudden.
It wasn't like she hadn't seen her helping him play the game in the back seat and it somehow made her calm a little.
Ariana knew Julianna was a little hesitant to visit the orphanage because of Lucian, and she somehow managed to convince her but Professor Drake suddenly joined them made the situation more awkward.
"No not at all" Julianna quickly dodged her worries as she didn't want Ariana to get bothered by her.
She was thankful for her to bring her along to meet her people and she didn't want to spoil her mood, just because she was disturbed.
Ariana was still doubtful of her answer but she decided not to ponder so much and soon they both headed back to the orphanage.
