Chapter 2 - Chapter 02 Necklace?

I am currently five months old. A week ago, me, my mother and Eva were transferred to this shitty mansion.

It was once the main palace for the royal family but now it's just a shitty place.

The walls here look dark and cracked, revealing the age and neglect that the mansion had endured over time.

The vibrant paint had faded and peeled away in many areas, leaving patches of bare, weathered stone exposed.

The grand halls and corridors echoed with emptiness as if the life and energy that once resided within them had long dissipated.

"If I find that old hang, I am sure to beat him up." (Referring to his father)

How can he let us live in this straight out of a horror movie-like mansion?

To make matters worse, after our relocation, Eva was the only maid left to tend to our needs.

No new servants were assigned to the mansion, leaving just the three of us in this unnecessarily vast and eerie place.

The emptiness only amplified the sense of loneliness and abandonment that pervaded every corner.

When I first learned of my royal lineage, I had imagined a life of luxury and ease.

I dreamed of a future filled with wives and concubines, my every whim catered to.

But instead, here I was, fucking stuck in this crib. The reality of my royal status seemed like a cruel joke.

The mounting frustrations consumed me as I struggled to come to terms with the confinements of my baby existence.

My world was a tiny crib, its cozy confines keeping me captive.

And when nature called, I was powerless against my own bodily functions.

The doo doo would unexpectedly strike, catching me off guard each time.

Poo~

I felt a warm sensation in my diaper, signaling the unwelcome arrival of another mess. And so, I cried out, "Uhaa! Ahh!" Hoping someone would hear my distress and come to my aid.

Fortunately, the sound of my cries reached Eva's ears, and she hurriedly made her way to the crib. "Oh, young master, did you make a little mess?" she cooed, lifting me up with gentle care.

I let out a series of frustrated baby noises, trying to express my discomfort. "Goo goo... ugh!"

Eva chuckled softly, unfastening the diaper and wiping me clean. "There, there, young master. Big sis Eva will take care of you," she said soothingly, her voice filled with warmth and affection.

I gurgled in response, still feeling a mixture of annoyance and relief. "Si-Si... gooo," I managed to babble, my tiny hands reaching out for her.

She smiled down at me, a twinkle of understanding in her eyes. "Yes, I'm like your big sis, aren't I? I'll always be here for you," she reassured me, cradling me in her arms.

As she finished changing my diaper, I squirmed with newfound energy, eager to explore beyond the confines of the crib. "Goo... goo!" I babbled, my eyes widening with curiosity.

"Just wait here, young master, big sis will be right back," Eva said, placing me in the crib and assuring me of her return.

But I had different plans in mind. As soon as Eva turned to leave the room, a surge of determination coursed through my tiny body.

I couldn't bear another moment confined within the crib's boundaries. It was time for a taste of freedom, even if just for a little while.

With a burst of energy, I mustered all my strength and began my great escape.

Crawling down the dimly lit hallway, I marveled at the grandeur of the mansion, even in its neglected state.

Dust particles danced in the air, giving the place an ethereal aura.

As I ventured further, a partially open door caught my attention.

It beckoned me, offering the possibility of a hiding spot where I could evade Eva's watchful eyes. Intrigued, I made my way inside.

The room was filled with antiquities, covered in a thick layer of dust.

It seemed as if time had forgotten this hidden corner of the mansion.

A sense of mystery and adventure enveloped me as I explored my newfound sanctuary.

Amidst the forgotten relics, a glimmer caught my eye.

A necklace, adorned with intricate designs, lay atop an old wooden chest.

The beauty of the piece intrigued me, even if I couldn't fully grasp its significance.

Just as I held the necklace in my tiny hands, Eva's voice echoed through the corridor. "Young master? Where are you?" she called out, concern lacing her voice.

Panic surged within me, and I knew I had to find a hiding spot quickly.

Instinctively, I ducked into the wooden chest, squeezing myself into its cozy depths.

The scent of aged wood and mothballs surrounded me as I nestled in the darkness.

I could hear Eva's footsteps drawing nearer, her voice growing louder with each passing moment. My heart pounded in my chest as I clutched the necklace tightly, its cool metal providing some comfort amidst the uncertainty.

"Young master, where could you be hiding?" Eva's voice was tinged with worry.

Silently, I prayed that my hiding place would remain undiscovered.

The minutes felt like an eternity as I held my breath, my anticipation mixing with a hint of fear. I was just a baby, after all, venturing into the unknown.

Finally, I heard Eva's footsteps receding, her voice fading into the distance. A wave of relief washed over me, and I cautiously emerged from the chest, my tiny form trembling with the remnants of adrenaline.

As I glanced down at the necklace clutched in my hand, I couldn't help but feel a sense of intrigue.

It was as if this small piece of forgotten treasure had chosen me.

With a newfound sense of adventure and curiosity, I tucked the necklace safely into my diaper, my secret talisman.

...

Later, he was found back in his crib, sleeping soundly.
