In Kai's residence, humans of different shapes and sizes were moving around the house like bees.
They were servants.
Several female servants wearing similar clothing hovered around Sia, preparing her for the wedding.
There was one that was fixing her white hair into a french plait, one was painting her pale thin lips pink, another was fixing ornament of different sorts on her neck, ears, wrists... another was colouring her soft brows and doe eyes a shade she didn't even know and another was doing this and another was doing that... Sia was feeling dizzy from just looking at them alone. She wondered how they didn't clash with each other. Then again, they were professionals.
On Kai's side, it was the same treatment, if not worse. He was under the gaze of his younger brother, who out of excitement brought all these servants to 'prepare' them for the wedding. He was thinking his brother will feel sad or lonely since he was getting married but he was excited instead.
"No! Shift his hair to this angle... yeah...that way... No!! He looks like crap! You've got it all wrong! Are you guys even professionals?" Ren's nagging echoed through the house. It became a background noise since he nagged almost at everything.
The young man was still dressed in his pajamas because of how early he came.
Kai was shocked out of his wits when Ren came to his house by barely three in the morning. His trusted aid, Han still had sleepy eyes, confirming that it was really three in the morning. He had no choice but to let them in, thanking God he didn't do anything with Sia last night.
It wasn't even up to an hour before the rest of the cohort came, bringing with them cars of servants, jewelries, roses, he even did the honor of picking up their wedding dresses before it was delivered.
All these happened before dawn, now it was already eight in the morning and they were still debating how to style his hair. As for Han and Den they both slumped on the couch, asleep. He couldn't blame Han. As for Den, that was just Den. Alexa was trying Sia heels while Kim was probably taking a smoke outside.
"Can't we just skip the hair part?" Kai asked groaning. He was really tired and hungry.
"Yeah, I'm hungry" Alexa said, expressing his thoughts. She seemed to have grown bored of the heels as she was now in the living room.
Ren thought for a moment and nodded making Kai sigh in relief. He escaped from the eager hands of his dressers to the kitchen. He cooked up a light meal and brought it to the parlor. Only Sia didn't eat with them since... Well, he couldn't see her until she was done dressing and fully prepared, glancing at the bedroom that Sia was in, he ate his food glumly. He could already hear his brother's nags after he was done eating.
'Wedding is hard' he thought.

It was equally as chaotic in the brides residence. But there was no Ren, only a grandma who was up and about giving orders and criticism.
Lucifer just looked at his wife and smiled. One would find it hard to believe that she was against the marriage some time ago. But who could blame her? She probably wanted great-grandchildren running around. Especially from such a handsome man.
Thinking of the man, he couldn't help but glance at the time. The wedding was by ten and there were still no signs of the bride nor the groom, it was already nine. He sighed and went to get dressed, leaving Sasha to suit herself.
Lucifer entered his room to meet someone sitting on his king size bed. She turned her neck and looked at him.
"You aren't dressed?"
"I'm about to" Lucifer said approaching the walk in closet beside the bathroom.
Lucian nodded and dropped the matter.
She came early so she could keep an eye on those old men in her 'ohh so large family', and prevent them from playing any tricks. Some of them were already seated at her grandma's garden, which the wedding will hold. She came to fetch her grandpa so they could go there together. There were some species in her family that she dearly wanted to avoid. Her thoughts were interrupted when someone came into the room.
It was the father of the bride, her uncle.
Leon just looked at her and sat at the lounge, waiting.
But Sia didn't let that silence last.
"You are fine with this right... You know, this wedding."
Leon didn't answer. Whether he was fine with it or not didn't matter, his father's decision was final. He looked at Lucian, wondering how she became close with his daughter. But then again, she was close to his wife too.
"Well... I guess... Umm is that what you're wearing" he asked looking at her.
Lucian donned a female suit, a white rose attached to the pocket. She wore flat white sneakers to match her rose and a silver chain that rested on the turtle neck within the suit. She looked pretty, but too formal no? The only thing that was not affected was her hair, it was still the usual wolf cut, though neater.
"Yeah. What about it?" She asked with a gaze that said, talk rubbish and you will never talk again.
It was at this moment that Lucifer came out, He was wearing a well fitted knee length coat. The left wing of the coat was adorned with black buttons running diagonally before the slit. Within the coat he wore a padded suit, paired it with a white inner and black shoes. His hair was gelled back matching his all black outfit. He looked nice.
"Dad..." Leon started but paused when he saw that his dad's dressing was better than his. He only wore a blue tuxedo and black shoes.
"What?" Lucifer asked fixing his lapel, a slight smile on his face.
"Umm... Ohh! Grandma said you should contact the groom, it's almost time.
Lucifer nodded. "Anything else?"
"D-do you have... Uhh... Another suit." He asked in a timid voice. He was ashamed that he dressed casually for his daughter's wedding.
"Mmm. Take the one on the top left" he said and approached Lucian.
"Let's go" he said. Lucian held unto his arms and both left the room.
As for Leon, he came out wearing an off white peak lapel suit with cummerbund belt and black shoes. It complemented his white hair perfectly. He followed after Lucifer.
The arrived at the wedding venue few minutes later. It was decorated to the brim. The grass shimmering with dew, an Isle connected a bridge and water fountain together, white theme on one side of it and blue on the other, but that was empty. The groom was still not present.
Lucifer approached Sasha who was entertaining some guests and sat by her side. Leon followed sitting by his wife's side who donned a pretty white halter gown. As for Lucian, she stood on the grooms family side, her presence reducing the noise in the venue.

Still no sign of the groom.

Still no sign... People were starting to become restless, others snickered behind their hands.

Lucian glanced at the tall gates, empty. The noise grew louder. This will be a big blow to their reputation.
'It's not time yet, there's no need to erupt' she thought calming herself down.
