Case-2 Who is the killer?
Chapter-11: Taking a new case.
officers were in their office; they all were sitting on their chairs and some of them were having bandages on their hands and heads. The file was on the table and that table was in the middle of the office. Everyone was scratching their heads, why Martin gave them a case instead of finding him, they are going to solve that case which was transferred to them. James was sitting inside the cabin and GK was sitting in front of him. He was also looking very angry and he also wanted to know why Martin did this? This question was eating everyone's mind.
Officers were looking at both of their faces. They both were looking very angry.
James- "Let's go out."
They both went out on the balcony and GK was smoking while James was looking down. The FORCE team office was on the top of the building and the rest were used to work down. GK was looking at him, he knew what he was thinking.
"Forget it James. I am also wondering why the department is not thinking about that man who came here and took those packets."
… James was still looking down. He was looking at those people who were walking on the footpath.
He was thinking about that time when Peter smiled at him. He was asking one question. 'Why Peter came out? He knew that he was searching for him. Why?' He took the support of the wall and stood straight. This question was really making him sick. 'Is there anyone else?' Through his facial expression, GK found that he was thinking about Peter. James was pressing his lips inside and moving his face left and right.
"So… should we take that case in hand?"
James does not know what to do, this type of problem used to come on their work but that time someone else used to be their Chief but right now he is the Chief and he has to take all the decisions. … "What do you think?" James asked a question to him while he was expecting an answer from him.
"You are the Chief… what will happen if we make two teams and one team will find him again and the other will solve the case."
The idea was really good but James had to put all his mind on both the cases.
They came back to the office and James had decided what to do. He took that file in his hand and called all his officers in front of him.
"Officers, we are all going to solve this case and find that man also."
Now, they will work on both cases. They will find that man also. If the department will question them then James will answer. He had made two teams, one team will contain Ben,
Connor, Kelly, Tim and William. It will be the first team who will find Peter and he will take them to the man who came there and take all those packets.
On the second team GK, Amma, Summer will solve the case and James will also join them.
First team has the picture and all of them will become a common man who is going to buy drugs from different locations. Everyone was prepared and they all went out in search of him once again while James opened that file and read what was written on it.
… "Strange."
James was surprised when he read that. GK took the file in his hand and read it. After some time, he was also surprised.
"Amazing… James, have you ever solved this type of case before?"
Amma and Summer also took a file on their hand and they found that this time, their head was going to explode because in the file it was written that the killer is missing and yet no one had been able to solve the case.
After reading that file, James told everyone that they have to go to that place where it happened and they also called those people who belonged to the case. When they reached at the spot, they saw a white house and security was sitting on the gate. They entered inside and wore their gloves.
Summer- "Sir… this is an old case and do you think sir there will be some evidence left?"
GK- "I don't know but we can try instead of sitting alone."
When they entered that room, they found the dead body marked line.
… "Ok."
James took a file in his hand and asked GK to lay down like a dead body. He lay down and James saw the picture on his hand. He noticed that the dead man was holding a gun in his hand.
"GK… take a gun in your hand."
Now, he was looking like a dead body and now James looked around.
… "You two… search around, try to find something odd."
They both search around and GK stands up because some female officers came there and Kate was alone with them. She was the wife of that man who died, Will was his name. They asked a question regarding her husband like what he was doing? His enemy? What was he doing there? She was crying that time because this was the second time when someone asked that same question. He asked sorry for that but she cleared her tears and told everything to him.
"Sir… Will was working on a medicine. He was doing his research on medicine. Last time he called me and told me that he had completed his research and he got success."
After that she started crying again and told him that in the morning, the news came and he was found dead in the house. GK called Amma and held her in her hand. GK and James went away from there.
GK- "I think she is right."
James- "GK… I knew that."
They sent her home and told her that they will come to her house if they need more help. Summer was searching something inside the house and she found something.
"Sir!! Come over here."
They quickly ran towards that room from where the sound was coming and over there, they saw black ashes of pagers inside a wash basin pipe.
GK stretched his eyes because he had never seen an officer who used to search something like this. "Good."
She was taken out those ashes but James stopped her and told her that there is no need to take it out. They took the whole pipe alone with them and asked them to send it to the forensic lab. He also checked the tap but there was no water. He checked all the taps and found no water in that place.
GK called him out and asked him to go back to the office. They all came back and the department had already sent many footages of the investigation. They all were watching that footage. In the footage, they had seen two dead bodies, first one was Will and the other one was his senior doctor Joseph.
… They both were found dead and there was no one in the house except both of them.
Other officers were roaming around the city and acting like common people who were searching for drugs. One by one they all went to those places where they could find drugs but they failed because there, they tried to find the details of that man also. After roaming around the whole day, they thought that they should take a rest and they all came back to the office. GK thought that they had found something but when he saw them, he was surprised because they all were sweating from their bodies. "Sorry sir. We will try again."
"Ok. Go and take shower."
James was watching the footage and found that they both had blood marks on their stomach. He read the file and it was written that they both were shot down from the same gun which was found from the spot. … He wondered.
James- "How did this happen?"
He was thinking about the answer and GK came inside. He told him that their officers came back and they found nothing. James stood for his seat and came out from the room and went inside his cabin. He realized that they needed someone else help also.
All the officers came in front of him and their faces were telling everything to him.
"It's ok. At Least you all tried."
He takes out his phone and makes a call.
"I need your help… ok."
[At night]
James was driving his car and GK was alone with him. He was taking him to a car shop. He took his car inside and came out. It was a Carson's shop and that time he was sitting in his cabin and talking to his client. They need a car. When he saw both of them were roaming around cars, he quickly deals with them and his client went from there.
"YOU two!!"
Three of them were sitting in front of each other and there were three glasses. Two of them were full of alcohol and one was empty.
"You don't want… ok."
James doesn't drink but they love it. James reminds him about his call.
… Carson- "There is a man who can help you… Bobby!!"
