Chapter 4 - Chapter IV ۞ Aaron ۞ Part III

"27 YEARS OLD," OH, SO SHE'S ONLY A YEAR YOUNGER than me? She looks way younger than that though.

"Just one year of difference. Sounds good. I couldn't imagine my boy with an older or a younger lady. You look just like what I imagined my daughter in law to be. And what's your sign?"

Thays bit her bottom lip, "Zodiac sign, you mean?"

"Yes." My mom's into that stuff. It can be annoying.

"I'm an Aries," oh, now that makes a lot of sense.

"Aries does suits Libra," mom said with a smile. "What's your blood type?" Jesus Christ what's with all this unnecessary questions?

"AB," oh?

"One more thing that you two have in common. So, tell me, darling, do you have a family? Or are you alone?" I also am curious about that.

"I have a big family, to be honest. Although my parents and my grandparents were both only children, my parents had 10 kids and I'm the 7th," what? Jesus, that's a lot. "Both my grandfathers passed away, but my grandmothers are best friends and still with us. Now with my siblings, it's 4 girls with me and 6 boys. Triplets, triplets, me, and triplets again."

I chuckled, "Mom had 5 with me and it's already a lot to take, I can't even imagine how it must be to have 9 siblings!"

Mom arched her eyebrows, "You haven't met them yet, son?" Shit. Did I give it away?

But Thays held my arm tight "We've been dating since August, and the last time my siblings were here was in July. They only come in the midsummer and in the Christmas season, so we were planning for him to meet them in the next holiday. We've kept it a secret from both families because we wanted to make a surprise. So just like you didn't know, mine doesn't know either!" God, she's fucking good.

"Yes. We wanted some time alone without our families bothering us," I side-glared at my mom and she rolled her eyes. "So we've been using those las months just for the two of us, right darling?" I said in a charming voice and looked at her and her cheeks turned crimson red again.

"Mm-hm. Especially because my family is extremely chaotic, and they can be quite invasive," oh, we have that in common as well then.

I nodded, "Same with mine."

"Aaron," mom sulked. "I just want to see you well, son. So, Thays, where do your family live?"

"Brazil. They have lots of businesses to manage there, and four of my siblings manage my hotels and resorts at the bay cities there too," oh, shit. Is she really the Rossetti I'm thinking about? Are you fucking serious?

Mom gasped, "I thought it was familiar because of your surname. Rossetti. But are you the owner of the famous hotels and resorts around the globe? The mysterious Rossetti CEO?" Then turned to me, "Why didn't you tell me?"

I didn't know either!

Thays smiled, "Yes. It's me. I'm quite low profile," oh, shit. "I've moved here four years ago after settling down all the locations I wanted and in the countries I wanted. It's easier to take care of it all when I have trustworthy people taking care of each branch for me."

My mother covered her lips with her hand, "I never thought that such a person would be living in my son's building. How did this…" she pointed at us, "happen?"

Now it's on her.

"Well we pretty much hated each other at first," we still do. "Especially because I tripped when we first met and my drink spilled all over his suit. As you may already imagine, he freaked out."

I gasped, "I didn't freak out, I just got mad."

She caressed my cheeks, making me blush, and gave me a shut-up-or-I'll-kill-you passive-aggressive look, "Same thing, darling." Then she turned to my mom again, "And then we spent more than three years bickering like a cat and a dog locked up together. When he wasn't making my life unbearable, I was making his," okay, she's basing it all in the truth, that's smart.

Mom chuckled, "Until…?" Oh, my, she's eating it.

"Well, around March, we kind of… kissed. That ignited a big fire on us, and it all happened quite fast. But we were stubborn and refused to acknowledge anything, although we kept hooking up after bickering. And we only swallowed out pride around August, when we began actually and officially being together," then she turned to me and kissed my lips softly, and my body answered to her instantly, not to blow our story. "Now we are like this."

I felt my entire being getting hot, and I felt turned on by her touch, by her lips. It's been quite a lot of time since I last fucked, that must be the reason. But she's really turning me on.

"That does sounds like my son," mom giggled. "Adorable. It must have been stressful at the beginning."

Thays scoffed, "Oh, you have no idea!" Hahaha.

"When will your family arrive?" Why does she wants to know? "We are two weeks away from Christmas after all."

"In a week from now. But why?" She bit her bottom lip, probably feeling as anxious as I am.

"Bring them to Moonrise, the private island of our family in the North Island. That's where the annual winter Vaughn-Solomon week will be this year. And as they will all be here for the holiday too, it'll be good for all of us to know each other!"

When Thays froze in my lap, I caressed her waist, "Mom, I've told you already. We won't be going."

But she gave me a distasteful glare, "You have to bring your girlfriend to meet the family, Aaron. Be responsible. Besides, it'll be better if her family meets us and know that you aren't just a random boy but someone with a good family. They will probably feel reassured, right dear?"

She pressed her lips together, "But they are around 23 people, counting my 2 brothers and 5 sisters in law, and my three nephews. Aren't that too much?" Damn, her family really is big. "Well, 25, if my two youngest siblings bring the people they are dating with them."

Nevertheless, my mom was unyielding. "The more the better. Besides, we are in 19, just us, and the other in laws will come too. The private island is huge, darling, it'll fit up to 200 people, so you don't have to worry."

I noticed as Thays's tightened her jaw, "Mom, I still don't think it's better to go there."

"Do not break our tradition for your stubbornness, Aaron!" She growled, sulking. "We've been doing this forever." Them she turned to Thays, "You will go with him and your family, right, darling?"
