Fafali shouts after Akpene, who does nothing but ignore her friend feigning a frown, but smiling inwardly.
"Akpene!"
"Akpeeeeeeeene!"
Fafa keeps shouting after her on their way to go get water from 'nsuo fitaa'.
The smile soon faded and turned into shock as she heard a scream from about 6 meters behind her.
"ah help me! help me!!"
that's definitely Fafa's voice.
Akpene turns around to run and save her friend from whatever is happening, not because she believes she can handle anything, but because she so much cared about her friend that the adrenaline in her body were rushing her towards her Friend .

the concept of the story is believed to have happened in the past, where there was a war between the Ewes and the Ashantis of Ghana in the western part of Africa. I've decided to use that story to create something thrilling that you can enjoy whilst learning about the history of a certain part of the world. I slightly changed the cause of the war and introduced my own characters.
