Fifteen cards, two of which were legendary and five of which were rare cards, six were epic cards, and the last two were mythic cards. It was obvious to me that the soldiers that had been killed in that coach must have been the elite, the best of the best in everything they do.
It stood to reason that perhaps underestimating this ancient ranked deck would be the biggest mistake of my life, but still I needed a new deck, and then I had to figure out how to get to rank D without anyone knowing that I'm a Vampyre.
The Vampyre deck made me an admin race, or at the very least changed my race as a whole. Decks could be deactivated, though the F and E rank could only have one deck active, and if it's an admin deck then there's no getting that out until the D rank, or rather ever. Those decks are permanent and can't be removed, you can only grow higher then acquire new cards to make up supplementary decks.
I was stuck, I was really stuck. I can't believe I forgot about the restrictions behind an admin deck, I can't remove it ever. I looked down at the cards in front of me and cursed, they would be useless to me for the foreseeable future, however they did still have monetary value, and that can go a long way in helping me buy my grandmother's vaccine. However these cards once belonged to officials there was no way I could sell them off in official channels, they'll track it right back to me.
Which means I could sell them off on the black market, but I had absolutely no connection to the black market, so the best way would be to get in touch with people who did aka, the Silver Wyatt Gang.
They would either buy it from me at a very reduced cost, or they'll auction it off or sell it off to the right people and give me a percentage of the profits. And the worst one, they take everything and don't give me shit….. that would be bad.
I could keep all the cards, and see what sort of deck I could make from them, or use them to complete the Vampyre deck…. Or at least attempt to. Once a deck has been made it would reject cards that were not compatible with it, and exchange certain cards till it's made a perfect deck. Now it's to see which of the cards can go into the deck.

It was common knowledge that the best decks have the rarest cards, with the best form of synergy. Out of everything I could see here, what called out to me the most were Mistwalker and Shroud. The shroud solved my immediate problems of not being able to walk in sunlight, but the Mana expenditure was massive, I did not even know what my rate of recovering Mana is at right now.
[Mana Recovery At 1(+50) Per Sec! +50 From Regeneration Card]
They say be careful what you ask for. Then I remembered that vampires are supernatural creatures more known for their magic, rather than their combat or physical prowess, and also their minds, not that they weren't physically powerful, it just came as a close second.
Apparently they were some of the best inventors, philosophers, and scientists. But then again with immortality, super human physiques and a taste for blood I envision they'd have a very different outlook on life than most people, albeit a rather morbid one.
My Mana regeneration was insane, and this was just for Mana, what about my stamina? Or this blood resource that I now had.
[Stamina Recovery at 1(50) Per Sec! +50 From Regeneration Card]
[Blood Recovery at 10(50) Per Sec! +50 From Regeneration Card]
I only had 20 blood but somehow I could regenerate half that amount in a second. Now I'm even more scared, if people ever find out, if they ever find out that these were the advantages my cards and the deck they are from gave me, then I'm screwed.
They'd either try everything in their power to end me for being a potential threat to the world, or they would want to control me, or scoop the damn deck off my dead body.
Now more than ever nobody could know what I am…..at least not yet. Because if anything should go wrong and this secret comes out, then it wasn't just me, all of my friends and loved ones, they'll be dead.
Because if there is one thing history has proven about Vampyres, the longer they're alive…..the more powerful they become.
