"I like you." Davos said to the girl before him and Hazel's mouth hang open in shock at his straight forwardness.
' What did he mean by like? Did he like her as a person or romantically. This man was surely messing with her right now.' She thought as her eyes scrutinized his face, looking for any reaction that could give off his true intentions but the man had a poker face on.
"You are messing with me, aren't you?" She asked curiously. He had called her up here to tell her that! She had had those words from several men and honestly they no longer meant anything to her.
"Oh, do I look like I am?" Davos replied as he stood up and walked towards the girl that was seated on the couch before him. Hazel gulped as she watched the man that had reached where she was. She inhaled sharply when he leaned in, making her body fall back onto the couch in retreat. Her eyes widened as she watched him straddling her, trapping her small body beneath him.
