Upon receiving his Queen's command, Ludwig executed a masterful warlock's attack, manipulating the air with precision to form a shield around Larissa de Lanark. The force he exerted on Andreas was so powerful that had he been a mortal man, the impact would have been fatal.
To Adela's horror, Andreas, who had only been pushed a step back by Ludwig's initial attack, blurred out of the way of the second assault and materialized directly in front of her warlock. He delivered a powerful blow to Ludwig's neck, sending him crashing to the floor with a thud.
In a fraction of a second, the one-on-one battle concluded, and Andreas advanced toward Larissa once again, grabbing her by the elbow and glaring at Adela.
