Before I had entered the carriage, I had let Cian go first, once he did, he turned back around to look around us while he extended his left hand towards me,
My heart skipped a beat as I rested my right hand in his as he gracefully helped me up into the carriage,
As he looked back out quickly before settling in, I sat down opposite of where Cian should be sitting, Nemesis and Lycus had made themselves at home immediately after I propped their bag up for them to rest with the food in it for them,
It was unexpectedly awkward right now because we were alone and my heart was wildly beating out of my chest, and I am sure that Cian had heard it.
While I had my head down the whole time trying desperately to avoid looking at Cian, the carriage suddenly shook, making me lose my balance in the small space where if I had moved my knees it would had brushed against his. And now, I was sprawled all over his thighs,
Oh my God,
His thighs are so nicely shaped, does he work out a lot?
I had reached down to his thigh without meaning to do it physically, but the mental need was so strong that I had ended up doing it, my fingers trailed over the muscles of his thigh as I felt him tense up under my fingers, snapping me out of my daze,
To stable myself, I held onto his thighs for support with how small the space was, I heard him take in a sharp breath above me,
I looked up at him not expecting the reaction, just to be looked back at with brown and yellow streaked eyes full of emotions that I couldn't describe due to their intensity.
He was honestly a pleasure to look upon.
Shaking myself out of my daze, I tried to sit back up and get away from him just to be crashed against a hard surface yet warm and cozy,
My face was pressed against his muscular chest as he dipped his nose into my hair, sniffing and smelling me as a sigh of relief left him,
"We missed you so much" he whispered with a raspy voice,
I started heating up quickly, I missed him so much more, yet it was so hard to express it.
After a few seconds of the awkward hugging because of the small space, Cian had lost patience and seated me on his lap as he rested his head on my shoulder, I shyly wrapped my arms around his neck as I hid my face in his hair,
Man he smells so fucking good,
His hair smelled like this cool and fresh scent that I couldn't quite describe with a mix of trees and rain.
I had subconsciously started sniffing him as well which I had only realize after I've heard him chuckle making me tighten my hold on him,
"Tell us, little mate, what was that about, are our bad behaviors rubbing off of you" he teased with a small playful smile to which I had huffed in return, not wanting to admit that I couldn't control my actions,
Not getting a response out of me, Cian decided to rest his head in between my shoulder and neck which tickled in a way that gave me goosebumps,
He planted a small kiss on a really sensitive part of my neck, I loved how he made my whole body to mentally and physically react to him,
"Cian"
I breathed out, but in return I didn't hear an answer, it confused me so I looked at him to be greeted with Cian's beautiful face, but in a sleeping state.
This big baby had fallen asleep with me in his arms,
To make him more comfortable, I decided to reach to my bag and get the small travel blanket out to lay on him after getting out of his embrace,
But to my surprise, instead of letting me go, he had held on even tighter leaving no room for me to leave.
Sighing, I ended up pulling the blanket on both of us as Nemesis and Lycus made their ways to their own place to cuddle in and sleep,
Because it was going to be a very long ride,

Before I could open my eyes, I felt soft lips pressing against my skin in gentle pecks and kisses.
I opened my eyes to be greeted with the heavenly sight of Cian.
I instantly blushed at the scene we had created in the carriage, trying to wiggle my way out, Cian had started pulling me closer as a frown was set on his face, he didn't want me to get away at any cost,
I giggled "Cian, I need to take my pills"
With that, his eyes slightly widened and he let me go right away, my smile dropping at the thought of my antidepressants, but I tried to cover it. I didn't want pity from anyone.
I quickly popped my pills in my mouth, drinking water afterwards, but I drank it so fast that some water trickled down my lips to my chin,
I tried to wipe it off quickly, I hated being clumsy and messy,
But Cian had instantly pulled me in, holding my chin between his fingers as he trailed the tip of his tongue at the base of my jaw,
I gasped at the sensation, building desire in me, my voice coming out in a whisper
"C-Cian"
He hummed against my jaw trailing kisses against it,
Then my thoughts went back to my feelings, how I had felt about Cian,
That I love him, and I wanted to give him my whole existence,
The thought of saying it to Cian had me shivering as my heart quickened, beating out of my chest,
I flushed at my reaction, being saved by the voice of the driver coming from outside,
"Your majesty, we have arrived"
Cian had decided to teasingly peck me after seeing my flushed state as he unwillingly let me go so we could get out without being suspicious, his whole demeanor changed as we got out of the carriage,
I wondered, what was this whole meeting about and why were we rushed to get here,
