What has that little human done to him?
It has been two days since Islinda left and several times, Aldric has come close to ruining his plans. It took everything in him not to kill her pathetic family that day. He was always in charge of his emotions, but Islinda kept putting him in situations where he was tempted to lose control and lash out at his victims.
Aldric had one motto when he pretended to be the child Eli and inserted himself in her life, it was not to interfere in her affairs unless it was profitable to him in the long run. In one word, he was minding his business. He had influenced Remy's mind for his good, but killing her stepmother and the other smart sister was out of the picture, at least until he got what he wanted.
