I waited anxiously for Kai and Zeus to come back. I was pacing the living room in anger at how their plans to kidnapped me had greatly affected my sister. She deserved better.

The door opened and an angry Kai came in followed by Zeus who always wore his usual neutral expression.
" You left the penthouse? Clearly I can't trust you here by yourself. " He said while pointing a hard look in my direction.
What did he mean he couldn't trust me? He hadn't told me anything about not leaving the penthouse.
" I was going out for a walk-"
" You were trying to escape!"
" I have everything I need here. Food, jewelry, designer clothes, I don't have to worry about next month's rent or where I'm going to sleep because there is a king sized bed in here.
