As the court session ended, Licheng headed out with the Prime Minister.
"Will the soldiers not be able to stand the chance against them?" the Prime Minister asked, a genuine concern evident on his face.
"They will. There are not many demons around, so the soldiers can easily defeat them. Just send the message to the places we have discussed in the court and deploy more forces there," Licheng commanded the Prime Minister.
The Prime Minister acknowledged the order and went ahead.
Ready to return to his manor, Licheng suddenly sensed the presence of a demon in the vicinity of the palace, although it was some distance away in the mountains. Utilizing his inner energy, Licheng soared above the palace's towering structures and swiftly reached the hills which surrounded a part of the palace.
