Chapter 39 - 39.Foundation Establishment.

Wang Feng sat in a lotus position. He was elated to finally be establishing his foundation. A mountain of spiritual stones and elixirs stood within arms reach. Foundation establishment required simultaneous construction and assembly of all the components that made up the foundation as a whole. It all had to be made using the practitioner's own qi so the body wouldn't reject it. The worse the quality of the spirit root, the harder it is to do so. Because the amount of spirit energy processed into spiritual qi per hour diminishes as the quality of the spiritual root gets lower, such low speeds result in an increase in the time needed for the production of all the foundation components.
