Jake Frank arrived at the North Korean border. Like most people in the world, Jake knew next to nothing about North Korea. There was no internet in North Korea. Jake Frank wasn't able to locate people using the internet and devices. There was no internet, and naturally, there was no internet of things that came with it. He had to do things the old-fashioned way.
Even though he was born and raised in the USA, Jake Frank was ethnically Korean. These lands were his cultural background.
