Thomas didn't go to the library, as there was no point in doing so anymore. It was already two hours away from their closure time, and he was still thinking about Lucy.
"She is hiding something, and there isn't anything worthy to be hidden from any superhero except for being part of a villainous group… But which group is she part of?"
He kept thinking about this until he returned back to his apartment. He didn't meet anyone and decided to go and have his lunch with Genny.
Yet the latter wasn't around, only leaving a pot with vegetables and soup for him. He tried to knock on her door, but no answer came.
"I don't know what happened to you, but I hope you are ok," he shouted after eating the meal. He could already hear soft noises coming from her apartment, and that meant she was inside, and didn't want to meet him.
