Boom!
While Seth and the reaper exchanged their final blow, in the office of the principal, there was a subtle change in the atmosphere.
"What's this?" The principal felt a familiar mana signature and immediately knew whose it was. Somehow, the reaper was using mana again.
Mana signature…
An identity unique to each magic user. As uniquely different as each person's thumb, the same was the case with mana signatures for mages. By mana signatures, one could identify mages. Although there were cases of people altering their mana signature, it wasn't common in any way as those who could do such were one in ten thousand.
Although the reaper's mana signature was sensed, it wasn't the reason he was this riled up. He felt an even more familiar one. It was Seth's mana signature but there was a difference. Now, it felt both familiar and unfamiliar to the principal.
It was strong enough to put pressure on the principal as Principal Salmit had to question if it was really Seth.
The pen in the principal's hand dropped to the table as he spoke to himself. "Either way, I sensed the reaper so I'll have to get there. Since Seth would be in trouble if he really was free of the seals."
In the next second, a small tornado covered him entirely and when it died down seconds later, the principal had vanished from his seat.

"If you so much as utter a word of what happened here, you'll die before you can complete your words. If you decide to write instead, you'll also die."
"That's how serious the oath is. Well, it's more of a restriction since it binds you alone."
"You should remain silent and listen to me while I cook up a story for the principal. You should listen well since you'll be explaining the same thing to them if you're asked while away." Seth calmly placed the necklace back around his neck and went on to reattach the bracelet too, his domineering aura and mana vanishing into thin air as if it was never there.
The Reaper, Blaise who looked at this couldn't help but ask solely for his curiosity. "What are you really?"
Seth looked at him for a brief moment before answering. "Your average fourteen-year-old student of MIN."
"There's no fourteen-year-old I know of, neither are you 'average'. So what are you?" The reaper wasn't satisfied with Seth's answer.
"Fine, you can think of me as an insane genius. One that appears once in every millennium." Seth replied with a smile visible on his face.
"I see. You were an alpha wolf in sheep's clothing. A deadly young lad." The reaper said, nodding his head.
"Let's stop with the praises. The principal is here." Seth replied as he took his seat near the reaper.
"I see."
The moment the two-word sentence of the reaper ended, a questioning sound was heard.
"Hmm?"
The same tornado that had appeared in the principal's a few seconds ago, reappeared in Seth's training room but this time, he stood, floating in the air.
"What happened here?" Principal Salmit asked, his eyes moving around the large space, observing the damage to the walls and floor.
He stopped when noticed Seth unharmed and close to the reaper.
Principal Salmit floated down, speaking as he walked toward the both of them. "What happened here?" He asked no one in particular but Seth was sure the principal was speaking to him.
"After dragging him all the way here, we commenced the question and answer session but he was proving too stubborn."
"I would ask a question and he wouldn't answer. Only after several punches and spells would he answer.
"It went on until he found out I had known his commissioner through the questions. I asked who it was but he wouldn't confirm my guess. Angrily, I hit him but that was a mistake on my part. I ended up removing a single seal and when he noticed, he attacked."
"I don't know if he was stupid or simply forgot it wasn't a single seal. But I was sure that he wanted me dead before I could think of escaping so he attacked with full force without removing the other seals."
"This stupid act led to him almost self-detonating from a mana overdrive. His mana exploded in all directions, destroying the room but lady luck was on my side as I was standing in a place that took the lowest damage from his overload, offsetting the remaining attack with the best shield I could use."
Seth explained, drawing a nod from the principal while the reaper just stood there dumbfounded.
'I wouldn't doubt his explanation even if I was the one being lied to. It's really plausible that they won't have to do a deeper search. How the hell is he a fourteen-year-old kid? Well, it works in my favor so I shouldn't have any problem.'
Seth continued his narration until it came to an end. "And just when I wanted to confirm the commissioner again, you arrived. That's why you saw me close to him."
Principal Salmit kept rubbing his chin beard as he thought for a moment.
'There's no reason why he should lie and his narration seems true. The only problem is the mana spike I felt from him before.'
'Well, I was being overly sensitive since he was close to the reaper so I guess that was me just being too sensitive.'
Principal Salmit dropped his hand and walked closer to the reaper. "Is there anything you'd like to add?" He asked.
"My commissioner… He's correct about it." The reaper answered and went silent afterward.
"I see. We'll talk about the commissioner later. Right now, I have to take you back to the office since it's the most secure location to house a criminal like you. Tomorrow, I'll be taking you to the authorities and receiving the bounty on your head."
Principal Salmit's words ended and a spell was uttered, sending winds to surround the reaper.
The reaper was bound by winds as he floated in the air. "You hurt?" The principal asked Seth.
"Not really."
"We'll get you checked when we get to the office." Principal Salmit said as he turned to leave, the wind pulling the reaper behind him while Seth also followed him.

In the royal Kingdom of Vedorg, the royal chamber of the royal castle, King Vedor stood in front of his throne.
He couldn't remain seated as he listened to the news being reported to him.
"The Reaper has been apprehended." The report came to an end and the king's face became contorted in wrath, having a feeling that something extremely bad was heading their way.
