"Why did you have to show up with that much pressure, and to add, mask yourself with my mana signature?" Principal Salmit inquired, a trace of unease lacing his words.

"I had to test the young student, to measure how much of my pressure he could endure. I couldn't risk using my own mana signature for such an experiment," the old man replied, maintaining eye contact with the principal. He shrugged nonchalantly, as if the implications of such an act were of little consequence, despite it being considered a serious offense. 

"I utilized yours, as I couldn't afford to alert the guards stationed just outside the building," the old man replied matter-of-factly.

Principal Salmit fell into a contemplative silence, mulling over the explanation. While it seemed plausible, his primary concern now was how the old man had managed to replicate his mana signature. "How did you achieve that?" he inquired, his voice tinged with genuine curiosity.
